Born and raised in Florence County, Katelyn has strong roots in and knowledge of the Pee Dee Region. Katelyn graduated from Florence-Darlington Technical College with her Associate of Arts in 2015. She went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree from the University of Phoenix and graduated with honors in 2023. Upon graduation, Katelyn became a real estate agent at Crosson & Co.
Katelyn has 10+ years of experience in sales and customer service industry. She's dedicated to the happiness of her clients and is always eager to help! She’s a firm believer that the client’s interests come first and dedicates herself to making sure they know this. Exceptional customer service is a non-negotiable to her.
When Katelyn isn’t working, she loves spending time with her husband and three sons, or reading a good book.
