Adam Crosson knows real estate. Growing up in Anderson, SC he watched his father work as a successful real estate broker. During the summers, he would assist at his father’s office. Adam says he witnessed his dad taking care of his agents and employees, often putting their needs ahead of his own. Countless times when an agent needed a hand, a break, or simply some words of encouragement, he was there. He taught Adam to respect all people, from all walks of life, and to be fair and honest.
Adam graduated from the University of South Carolina with a BS degree in management. He obtained his real estate license in 2004 and began his career at a Re/Max office in Columbia, SC. One year later, he was offered a management position at this office. In 2011, Adam purchased the franchise and became the Broker/Owner. He took Re/Max Professionals from #3 in the market to #1, quickly establishing himself as one of the top recruiters in the Re/Max Carolinas Region.
After becoming one of the top sales agents in Florence, Adam saw the need to form a team to better serve his clients. The addition of agents and support staff have created a better work/life balance for the entire team. In 2020, Crosson & Co became the new team name while still affiliated with Re/Max Professionals. Adam says, “Family always comes first. When you are selling a lot of volume and transactions, real estate becomes a demanding and sometimes stressful gig. It is important to me that our team finds that work/life balance. Having systems in place and phenomenal staff support enables our agents to give the absolute best service to our clients, and also allows time for personal development and family. My goal is to create a work environment where our team is excited to come to work everyday. To work hard, but also have fun.”
Adam is happily married to Shelby and together they have three beautiful girls, Katherine, Laura, and Camille. When he isn't selling real estate, you will most likely find him playing golf or cooking. Adam also loves music and does a little fishing, too.
